I received this book for my birthday in March. I've had it for 6 weeks and it continues to impress me, so much so that I'm now sending it as a gift to my friends.It's a traditional recipe book that's well written, not something created by a celebrity chef (not that I have anything against TV chefs). The instructions are straightforward to follow, the ingredients are accessible anywhere, and the tastes are spectacular.
This is great food, Andalucia at heart but drawing from influences and tastes from the whole of the Mediterranean region. Highly Recommended.
