The Honey Shop - Lanjaron

Honey shop photograph by Tim IrvingLanjaron is a spa town in Southern Spain. Famous for it's waters, which are thought to be healing. The poet Federico García Lorca was a frequent visitor to the town and I can understand why, it feels old and elegant.

This charming shop sells a single type of local honey. A true specialist.

  1. Keep 'em coming. I love opening your blog and seeing something new and delightful all the time.

I'm somewhat tempted to learn Spanish though good thing I don't have to in order to appreciate your photos and writing.

  2. There's nothing better than old and elegant. It's why Americans are drawn to the historical beauty of Europe.

They sell ONE kind of local honey? It must be something very special. My mouth is watering.
