I took this photograph at 8.30 this morning.This is my neighbour Rosario, 84 years old, painting her house before the village fiesta next week. This is an annual ritual for all villagers. I love the improvised brush extension.

ReplyDeleteWell, for heaven's sake. What a treasure she must be. GREAT photograph, and I enjoy learning about the traditions. I hope they aren't becoming as rare as yesterday's wine boxes.
